A1: As per our vendor agreements, all clients require a credit card on file or bank account to service accounts.

Manufacturers like AWS, Microsoft, Apple, GoDaddy, Adobe require a credit card on file.

Q2: What happens if I need to change my credit card?

A2: You will need to resubmit your billing information again.

Q3: When is this information used?

A3: Any service, agreement, or physical service is billed out in our next billing cycle.

It will be kept on file in a secure PCI compliant storage service for charging services, products, labor, and the such.

Q4: Is this shared with marketers?

A4: NO!

We do not share ANY of our clients billing data with ANYONE. It is locked in a online storage system which is only viewable once when storing the information.

Q5: My entity is foreign, will conversion rates be in USD or local?

A5: It will be computed in USD (United States Dollars) based on version rates at the moment it is processed.
