LIMITED SYSTEMS WARRANTY
Triton Computer Corporation will warranty all computer systems in compliance with the manufacturer’s warranties. Triton Computer Corporation will provide 2 years of service free of charge if any component needs to be replaced through manufacturer’s defects. All warranties to all components that make up a computer system are subject to each manufacturers warranty policy. The “system” as a whole unit excluding the monitor and associated peripherals is warranted for a period of three years from invoice date. At Triton Computer Corporation discretion, we will replace warranted goods with an exact or similar component that is available at that time to match the function of the replaced component. In the event of goods being damaged due to acts of god, negligence, abuse, improper shipping, or unauthorized repair or replacement, warranties will be void. This warranty does not extend beyond original owner of goods.
LAPTOPS, HAND HELDS, PRINTERS, NAME BRAND COMPONENTS
Laptops, Hand Helds, Printers, and replacement name brand components, Triton Computer Corporation will offer no warranties on any of these products. All warranties are to be taken care of by the manufacturer directly in compliance with our contracts and agreements.
ACTS OF GOD, ABUSE, THEFT, IMPROPER SHIPPING
In the event of an Act of God, abuse, theft, or improper shipping where computer systems and or components are damaged and or need replacing, Triton Computer Corporation will replace these components in our standard service manner.
ABANDONED EQUIPMENT, LATE PAYMENTS, RETURNED CHECKS, OVERDUE DEBTS
If equipment is left for service and, after 45 days, the customer fails to pick up, or, fails to make arrangements with Triton Computer Corporation as to the disposition of the equipment and/or payment of the outstanding balance, the customer forfeits all rights to the equipment and it will become the property of Triton Computer Corporation, regardless of the balance owed. In the event that an invoice becomes more than 30 days overdue from the specified due date on the invoice, Triton Computer Corporation will charge an 11.99% annual finance rate or the maximum interest rate the law allows. Any checks that are returned for any reason will be charged a returned check fee that matches current bank fees. If legal fees are accrued in action to recover overdue debts, the customer will be held liable for any and all costs incurred in that effort.
PAYMENTS
Invoices become immediately effective on the first day of ordered product regardless of operation, installation, service or warranty. Any payments withheld for whatever reason will be considered overdue and subject to late charges and interest accruement in compliance with the original invoice date.
DATA WARRANTY
Triton Computer Corporation is not liable for any damages or loss of programs, data, or any other forms of information stored on any media contained within, used by, accessed by, received or transmitted from any of its products by any means. Reinstallation, configuration and modification are not covered under warranty and will be charged separately. This warranty cannot be modified by expressed, implied, written, transmitted or any other means by any officers, employee’s, subcontractors or volunteers. This data warranty statement will survive and hold precedent even if the original manufacturer declares data stability.
