Primary and Secondary DNS Servers

All domain names that we host are stored on a primary and a secondary DNS server to provide faster response times and redundancy.

In order for Triton Technologies to manage your domain names, your domain will have to be delegated to our name servers on the whois record for your domain. If we register a domain name on your behalf, then this will already be done. If we did not register your domain name for you, then you will need to contact your registrar to have that done.

Secondary DNS Service

If you operate your own primary name server but are looking for reliable secondary service, Triton Technologies can help. When you sign up for secondary DNS service we provide 2 secondary name servers and we
file an update with your name server host (or you can perform the update yourself).

Secondary DNS Service is priced at $5 per domain per month.
